A couple of weeks ago, we were in Älvdalen in the north of Sweden where Sweden Runners arranged Älvdalen Backyard Ultra (ÄBU).
The legendary Gary Cantrell also known as Lazarus Lake, or Laz for short, and his wife Sandra Cantrell were visiting the backyard. And of course we took the opportunity to interview the creator of two of the world’s most famous ultra-running concepts; The Barkley Marathons and Backyard ultra!
